Does the CIRQA have a screen?
No — by design. There is nothing to check on your wrist. Every metric is delivered through the Garmin Connect app, which is what keeps the band this light and the battery this long.

Do I need a subscription?
No. All of CIRQA’s health and fitness data is free in the Garmin Connect app, permanently. Garmin Connect+ is optional and only adds extras such as Garmin Coach plans, guided workouts, nutrition tracking and Active Intelligence.

Which size should I choose?
Measure your wrist with a tape measure. S–M fits 120–200 mm and L–XL fits 145–240 mm. If you fall in the 145–200 mm overlap, either works — pick S–M for a closer fit or L–XL if you also want to wear it on your upper arm. Not sure? Message us and we’ll help.

How long does the battery last?
Up to 10 days of continuous 24/7 tracking per charge.

Is it waterproof?
Yes — rated Swim, 5 ATM (50 metres). Safe for showering, swimming and sweat. Let the fabric band dry after water exposure.

Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes — both. It pairs with the free Garmin Connect app over Bluetooth.

Does it have GPS?
It uses Connected GPS through your paired phone rather than built-in GPS, which is how it stays this light with 10-day battery. Take your phone along and your route, pace and distance are recorded normally.

Does Pulse Ox (blood oxygen) work in Egypt?
Garmin states that Pulse Ox “is not available in all countries” and does not publish a country list, so we cannot promise it for an Egypt-purchased unit. Everything else — heart rate, HRV, Body Battery, sleep, stress, training readiness — is unaffected. We would rather tell you this up front than claim a feature we cannot verify.

Does it do ECG or blood pressure?
No. CIRQA does not have an ECG or blood-pressure feature. If you want those, look at the WHOOP MG.

Can I wear it on my arm instead of my wrist?
Yes. The band is designed for the wrist or the upper arm, which many people prefer for lifting and contact sports.

Can I change the band?
Yes — it uses 14 mm quick-release pins with a 24 mm wide strap, so it swaps in seconds with no tools. We stock the genuine Garmin CIRQA accessory bands in seven colours, plus an upper arm band for lifting and contact sport.
