1. Use of the Website

ELVARA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or stock availability issues.

2. Products & Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur, and images are for illustrative purposes only.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

3. Orders, Acceptance & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. ELVARA reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

We offer payment methods including:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Secure online payment methods
  • Instapay transfers

All prices are listed in EGP and include VAT where applicable.

Invoices and receipts are issued in accordance with Egyptian tax regulations.

4. Order Cancellation by ELVARA

ELVARA reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock errors
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Delivery limitations or operational issues

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be fully refunded using the original payment method.

ELVARA shall not be liable for any additional compensation or damages resulting from such cancellations.

5. Delivery, Shipping & Risk

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Cairo: 1–2 business days
  • Other governorates: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery. Orders with incorrect address details or refusal upon delivery may be canceled, and a handling or shipping fee may apply.

6. Returns & Consumer Rights

Customers are entitled to their rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in sealed packaging.

Defective or non-conforming products may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable laws.

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, and design—is the property of ELVARA or used under license and may not be used without permission.

All third-party trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Our wearable devices provide general informational data and are not intended as medical devices or a substitute for professional medical advice.
