Is ELVARA legit?

Yes. ELVARA is a registered Egyptian business operating openly online (elvaraeg.com) and across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok as @Elvara_eg. Every WHOOP product we sell is sourced through the authorized supply chain, factory-sealed, and authenticated in our Cairo facility before shipping. We offer Cash on Delivery, full Buyer Protection, and direct customer support.

Where is ELVARA based?

Cairo, Egypt. We ship from Cairo to all 27 governorates.

Is ELVARA an authorized WHOOP reseller?

Which WHOOP should I buy in Egypt?

WHOOP One 5.0 if you want WHOOP's core recovery, strain, sleep, HRV intelligence at the most affordable entry point (≈14,000 EGP).
WHOOP Peak 5.0 if you want the longest battery life and most advanced sleep tracking (≈16,000 EGP).
WHOOP MG if you want medical-grade ECG and blood pressure monitoring on top of WHOOP's core stack (≈25,000 EGP).
WHOOP 4.0 if budget is tight and you still want WHOOP (≈12,000 EGP).

Does the price include the WHOOP membership?

Yes. Every WHOOP tracker sold at ELVARA includes a pre-paid 12-month WHOOP membership.

What happens after my 12-month membership ends?

You renew directly through the WHOOP app. WHOOP charges renewals in USD (currently ~$239/year for the standard membership). Renewals do not go through ELVARA.

Are WHOOP MG bands compatible with WHOOP 5.0?

Yes. MG bands have ECG indents for full functionality on WHOOP MG, and they also work perfectly on WHOOP One 5.0 and WHOOP Peak 5.0 (without ECG). If you have an MG device, always buy MG bands.

Do WHOOP 5.0 bands work on WHOOP MG?

Physically yes, but you lose the ECG feature because 5.0 bands lack the ECG indents. For full MG functionality, buy MG-specific bands.

Do WHOOP 4.0 bands fit WHOOP 5.0?

No. WHOOP 4.0 uses a different connector. 4.0 bands fit 4.0 devices only. 5.0/MG bands fit 5.0 and MG devices.

How fast does ELVARA deliver in Egypt?

Cairo + Giza: 1–2 business days.
Alexandria, Mansoura, Tanta, Suez, Ismailia: 2–3 business days.
Upper Egypt, Red Sea, Sinai, North Coast: 3–4 business days.

Do you deliver to my city?

Yes. ELVARA delivers to all 27 governorates of Egypt.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available everywhere ELVARA ships in Egypt. You inspect the package on arrival and pay the courier in EGP. No prepayment required.

How much is shipping?

Cairo: 65 EGP. Damietta: 100 EGP. Alexandria: 120 EGP. Other cities: 150 EGP.

Pricing & Payment

Do you charge VAT or any taxes on top of the listed price?

No. ELVARA does not add VAT or hidden taxes to listed product prices. The price you see is the price you pay (plus any Cash on Delivery courier fee, displayed at checkout).

What payment methods does ELVARA accept?

Cash on Delivery across Egypt, plus InstaPay, credit/debit card payments at checkout (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfer for larger orders.

Do you offer installments?

For larger orders (multiple trackers, B2B), we can arrange installment plans. Contact us at info@elvaraeg.com.

Why is your price slightly higher than the US?

The Egyptian price includes authorized import, Egyptian customs clearance, Cairo warehousing, and ELVARA Buyer Protection. You pay the import overhead once; you save the headache of customs, currency conversion, and international warranty shipping forever.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

14-day return window from delivery on unopened, sealed items, per Egyptian Consumer Protection Law. See our full Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.

What if my WHOOP doesn't work?

Contact ELVARA support immediately at info@elvaraeg.com or via Instagram DM. For activation issues we work with WHOOP directly to resolve. For hardware defects we facilitate replacement under the manufacturer warranty.

What is the ELVARA Buyer Protection guarantee?

If the product you receive is not exactly as described — not authentic, used instead of new, missing membership, wrong color — you get a full refund or free replacement. No questions asked.

Preorder & Stock

Why are products marked as preorder?

WHOOP drops are time-limited and stock fluctuates. We enable preorder mode so you can reserve your unit from the next ELVARA drop. We notify you before dispatch.

How long is the preorder wait?

Typically 1–3 weeks depending on family. Premium bands (LeatherLuxe, SuperKnit Luxe) can take longer. We update you in real time via email or Instagram DM.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Yes. Cancel anytime before dispatch for a full refund. Once the package ships, our standard return policy applies.
