Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
At ELVARA, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind every product we sell. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns — Eligibility
In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, you may return or exchange products within 14 days of delivery provided that:
- The item is in its original sealed condition — unopened and unused
- The item is in its original packaging
- The return request is made within the 14-day window
Non-Returnable Items
- Any item that has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
- Items without their original packaging
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items with physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
For products that are defective or do not conform to their description, remedies may be extended per Egyptian Consumer Protection Law — including 30-day return periods and repair or replacement options. ELVARA will assess and handle all defective item claims fairly and promptly.
Warranty
All products sold by ELVARA are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions for the period specified per product.
What Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or cosmetic damage
- Water damage unless the device is explicitly rated waterproof and the manufacturer's warranty covers it
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at info@elvaraeg.com within the applicable return period
- Provide your order number, photos (if defective), and a description of the issue
- We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions for return shipping
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be made via bank transfer or InstaPay as agreed with the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
