Is it genuine, and what cover do I get?
Yes — every accessory is 100% authentic and arrives brand-new in its original sealed retail packaging, verified before it ships. Never opened, never refurbished. Our promise: 30 days from delivery for anything faulty, damaged or wrong, replaced or refunded, whichever you choose, and 14 days to return an item that is still sealed in its original packaging. Contact us and we will sort it.
Will it fit my device?
This band is made for the Google Fitbit Air only (tracker sold separately). The Air pod pops out of its band, so you can swap freely between Active, Performance Loop and Elevated Modern styles. Size guidance is listed above — message us if you’re between sizes.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery — pay the courier when your order arrives — or by card (Visa, Mastercard or Meeza) or mobile wallet: after we ship, our courier Wingezz sends you a WhatsApp message with a secure payment link, so you pay online and then receive your order. InstaPay also works. No prepayment is needed for cash on delivery. We do not offer instalments or any financing plan.
Do you deliver to my city, or outside Egypt?
We deliver door-to-door to all governorates across Egypt: Cairo & Giza in 48–72h, Alexandria, Delta & Canal in 48–72h, Middle & Upper Egypt in 72–96h, and Matrouh, the New Valley, Sinai & the Red Sea up to 120h.Delivery is free on every order in November.See full shipping & delivery details. For orders outside Egypt, message us first.
Can I return it?
Yes. Within 14 days of delivery you can return an item that is still sealed in its original packaging, and within 30 days an item with a manufacturing fault, or one that arrived damaged or wrong, is replaced or refunded, whichever you choose. See our refund & return policy, or contact us.
The Garmin CIRQA Accessory Band in Citron Gray is Garmin’s own ComfortFit fabric strap for the CIRQA Smart Band — a soft grey-green weave lifted by a citron keeper — the most distinctive of the seven, and band-only (no device ships in it).
It is the same soft, breathable weave Garmin ships in the box, so a spare means you can wash one and wear the other, or change the look of your tracker without changing your tracker. Swaps on in seconds with the 14 mm quick-release pins — no tools.
Key features
Genuine Garmin ComfortFit fabric band — soft, breathable, built for 24/7 wear
14 mm quick-release pins on a 24 mm wide strap — tool-free swap
Colour: Citron Gray — one of seven CIRQA band colours
Two sizes: S–M fits wrists 12-20 cm · L–XL fits 14.5-24 cm
Fits the Garmin CIRQA Smart Band only (tracker sold separately)
Machine-washable weave — rinse and air-dry after heavy training
Choosing your size
Wrap a tape measure around your wrist just below the bone. S–M covers 12-20 cm and L–XL covers 14.5-24 cm. In the 14.5-20 cm overlap either size works — pick S–M for a closer fit, L–XL for more adjustment range.
Don’t have the tracker yet? The Garmin CIRQA Smart Band — screenless 24/7 tracking, 10-day battery, no subscription ever.
