Elvara CareA new device if it ever stops working · from EGP 2,549ELVARA WARRANTY
A new device if your WHOOP Peak 5.0 ever stops working
Any malfunction → a new device, same model. You keep your band and charger
Your WHOOP membership keeps running on your account — never shortened, never any extra to pay
What's covered, and what isn't
✅ Covered — a device that stops working on its own under normal use — won't power on, won't charge, won't sync, or a sensor fails. Starts on day 31 after delivery (right after the 30 days in which the law already covers a defect) and runs for your whole plan, including a yearly remote Care Check and priority support.
❌ Not covered — drops & impact · water beyond the rating · deliberate damage or careless use · opening or repair by anyone but Elvara · loss or theft · normal wear. Every device is inspected before replacement. Device damaged? You can still replace it at member price.
Elvara's own warranty on what we sell — not insurance.

Is it genuine, and what cover do I get?
Yes — every device is 100% authentic, brand-new and sealed, and it activates in the WHOOP app using the included 12-month membership. ELVARA is an independent specialist, not an authorised dealer or distributor, so the cover we promise is our own: 30 days from delivery for anything faulty, damaged or wrong, replaced or refunded, whichever you choose, and 14 days to return an item that is still sealed in its original packaging.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery — pay the courier when your order arrives — or by card (Visa, Mastercard or Meeza): after we ship, our courier Wingezz sends you a WhatsApp message with a secure card-payment link, so you pay online and then receive your order. InstaPay also works. No prepayment is needed for cash on delivery. We do not offer instalments or any financing plan.
Do you deliver to my city, or outside Egypt?
We deliver door-to-door to all governorates across Egypt: Cairo & Giza in 48–72h, Alexandria, Delta & Canal in 48–72h, Middle & Upper Egypt in 72–96h, and Matrouh, the New Valley, Sinai & the Red Sea up to 120h.Delivery is free on every order in November.See full shipping & delivery details. For orders outside Egypt, message us first.
Can I return it?
Yes. Within 14 days of delivery you can return an item that is still sealed in its original packaging, and within 30 days an item with a manufacturing fault, or one that arrived damaged or wrong, is replaced or refunded, whichever you choose. See our refund & return policy, or contact us.
