✅ Covered — a device that stops working on its own under normal use — won't power on, won't charge, won't sync, or a sensor fails. Starts on day 31 after delivery (right after the 30 days in which the law already covers a defect) and runs for your whole plan, including a yearly remote Care Check and priority support.

❌ Not covered — drops & impact · water beyond the rating · deliberate damage or careless use · opening or repair by anyone but Elvara · loss or theft · normal wear. Every device is inspected before replacement. Device damaged? You can still replace it at member price.
