What's covered, and what isn't

✅ Covered — a device that stops working on its own under normal use — won't power on, won't charge, won't sync, or a sensor fails. Starts on day 31 after delivery (right after the 30 days in which the law already covers a defect) and runs for your whole plan, including a yearly remote Care Check and priority support.

❌ Not covered — drops & impact · water beyond the rating · deliberate damage or careless use · opening or repair by anyone but Elvara · loss or theft · normal wear. Every device is inspected before replacement. Device damaged? You can still replace it at member price.

Elvara's own warranty on what we sell — not insurance.

Is it genuine, and what cover do I get?

Yes — every device is 100% authentic, brand-new and sealed, and it activates in its own free companion app. ELVARA is an independent specialist, not an authorised dealer or distributor, so the cover we promise is our own: 30 days from delivery for anything faulty, damaged or wrong, replaced or refunded, whichever you choose, and 14 days to return an item that is still sealed in its original packaging.

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery — pay the courier when your order arrives — or by card (Visa, Mastercard or Meeza): after we ship, our courier Wingezz sends you a WhatsApp message with a secure card-payment link, so you pay online and then receive your order. InstaPay also works. No prepayment is needed for cash on delivery. We do not offer instalments or any financing plan.

Do you deliver to my city, or outside Egypt?

We deliver door-to-door to all governorates across Egypt: Cairo & Giza in 48–72h, Alexandria, Delta & Canal in 48–72h, Middle & Upper Egypt in 72–96h, and Matrouh, the New Valley, Sinai & the Red Sea up to 120h.Delivery is free on every order in November.See full shipping & delivery details. For orders outside Egypt, message us first.

Can I return it?

Yes. Within 14 days of delivery you can return an item that is still sealed in its original packaging, and within 30 days an item with a manufacturing fault, or one that arrived damaged or wrong, is replaced or refunded, whichever you choose. See our refund & return policy, or contact us.

The Google Fitbit Air in Berry is Google’s smallest, lightest fitness tracker yet — a screenless wellness pebble engineered for 24/7 wear. Berry brings a bold pop of personality — vibrant, confident, and made to stand out. The colour you reach for when you want your wearable to say something.

Track your heart, sleep, and daily readiness with science-backed accuracy, then act on AI-powered guidance through the new Google Health app. No screen, no distractions — just continuous insight into how your body really works.

At just 5.2g the Air slips into a comfortable Performance Loop band and disappears on your wrist. Up to 7 days of battery means you can train, sleep, and recover without thinking about the charger — and a 5-minute fast charge gives a full day of power when you do.

Key Features

• 24/7 Heart Rate & HRV – Continuous optical heart-rate monitoring plus Heart Rate Variability for recovery insight.
• Continuous Rhythm Tracking – Your heart rhythm and resting heart rate are logged around the clock in the Google Health app for long-term trend insight.
• SpO2 & Skin Temperature – Track blood oxygen and overnight skin-temperature variation for early wellness signals.
• Sleep Stages & Sleep Score – Light, Deep, and REM tracking with a nightly Sleep Score and Smart Wake alarm.
• Daily Readiness & Cardio Load – AI-calculated daily readiness and training load so you know when to push and when to rest.
• Auto-Workout Detection – Recognises walks, runs, cycling, and more without lifting a finger.
• Active Zone Minutes – Personalised cardio targets in your peak heart-rate zones.
• Google Health Coach (Gemini-powered) – Personalised AI coaching for fitness, sleep, and stress (Premium).
• 7-Day Battery + 5-Min Fast Charge – A full week of tracking; a full day of power in five minutes.
• 5 ATM / 50m Water Resistance – Swim, shower, sweat — the Air keeps tracking.

Screenless by Design

No display means no distractions and no temptation to check your wrist mid-meeting. The pop-out pebble disappears under your sleeve while the Google Health app delivers all your insights on your phone — clean, focused, and always on.

The Fitbit app is being replaced by the new Google Health app — your home for everything the Air tracks. Pair it with a Google Health Premium subscription to unlock the Gemini-powered AI Health Coach, advanced analytics, personalised programs, and detailed sleep and recovery breakdowns. Includes a 3-month Google Health Premium trial.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Fitbit Air have a screen?
No — by design. All metrics are delivered through the Google Health app for a distraction-free, lightweight wearable.

Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Compatible with Android 11+ and iOS 16.4+. A Google Account is required.

How long does the battery last?
Up to 7 days per charge. A 5-minute fast charge gives you a full day of tracking.

Is it waterproof?
Yes — rated to 5 ATM / 50 metres. Safe for swimming, showering, and sweat. Dry the band after water exposure.

Do I need a subscription to use it?
No. Core tracking (heart rate, sleep, steps, HRV) works without a subscription. Google Health Premium unlocks the Gemini AI Health Coach, advanced analytics, and personalised programs. Your device includes a free 3-month Premium trial.

Do the AFib / irregular-rhythm alerts work in Egypt?
No. Google’s Irregular Rhythm Notifications are a regulated feature that Google enables only in specific approved countries, and Egypt is not currently on that list. The Air still tracks your heart rate, heart-rhythm data, HRV and resting heart rate normally — it will not send AFib notifications here. Google may add more countries over time.

Does it have GPS?
It uses Connected GPS via your paired smartphone — no built-in GPS, which keeps the pod ultra-light and the battery long.

Can I swap bands?
Yes. The Air pod pops out of its band so you can switch between Performance Loop (in the box), Active and Elevated Modern band styles - the Active and Elevated Modern bands are sold separately.
