Is it genuine, and what cover do I get?
Yes — every accessory is 100% authentic and arrives brand-new in its original sealed retail packaging, verified before it ships. Never opened, never refurbished. Our promise: 30 days from delivery for anything faulty, damaged or wrong, replaced or refunded, whichever you choose, and 14 days to return an item that is still sealed in its original packaging. How can I pay?
Cash on delivery — pay the courier when your order arrives — or by card (Visa, Mastercard or Meeza): after we ship, our courier Wingezz sends you a WhatsApp message with a secure card-payment link, so you pay online and then receive your order. InstaPay also works. No prepayment is needed for cash on delivery. We do not offer instalments or any financing plan.
Do you deliver to my city, or outside Egypt?
We deliver door-to-door to all governorates across Egypt: Cairo & Giza in 48–72h, Alexandria, Delta & Canal in 48–72h, Middle & Upper Egypt in 72–96h, and Matrouh, the New Valley, Sinai & the Red Sea up to 120h.Delivery is free on every order in November.See full shipping & delivery details. Can I return it?
Yes. Within 14 days of delivery you can return an item that is still sealed in its original packaging, and within 30 days an item with a manufacturing fault, or one that arrived damaged or wrong, is replaced or refunded, whichever you choose. See our refund & return policy, or contact us.
Elvara Care for Bands is Elvara's own seller warranty on the WHOOP band you buy from us in the same order. It is not insurance.
✅ Covers a band that fails on its own within 12 months — it breaks, the clasp or hook fails, or it no longer holds the sensor securely under normal use → you get a new band of the same family. Starts on day 31 after delivery. Hand us the old band, receive the new one.
❌ Does not cover loss or theft · cuts, tears or damage caused deliberately or by careless use · cosmetic fading or fraying that does not affect function. Every band is inspected before replacement; if it was damaged rather than failed, you can replace it at the member price.
