How to Confirm Authenticity After You Receive Your WHOOP

  3. Activate via the WHOOP app. Download the WHOOP app, create your account, scan the device serial. If the device registers successfully under your account with the 12-month membership active, the device is verified authentic.
  4. Verify membership status. Inside the WHOOP app, your membership should show “Active — valid until [date 12 months from activation].” If not, contact ELVARA immediately.
