Is ELVARA an official or authorised WHOOP reseller in Egypt?

No, and we will never claim to be. We are an independent retailer. Every unit is original, brand new and factory-sealed, we log your device's serial number, and we back your purchase ourselves with the ELVARA 14-day promise plus local Cairo support, EGP pricing and Cash on Delivery.

How do I know the products from ELVARA are genuine?

Every device ships in its original sealed retail packaging, you pay only when it is in your hands, and we log the serial number of every unit we send plus a packing video for every order. If what arrives is not original, not new, or not what was described, we replace it or refund you in full and we pay the return shipping.

Does WHOOP MG detect AFib?

No. MG's ECG and blood-pressure insights do work in Egypt, but irregular-heart-rhythm (AFib) notifications are not available in Egypt. These are fitness and tracking devices, not medical devices, and they do not diagnose anything. If you have a medical condition, speak to your doctor first.

Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, everywhere we ship in Egypt. You inspect the package on arrival, then pay the courier in EGP. No prepayment required.

Do you offer instalments?

No. ELVARA sells on cash on delivery or bank transfer only. We do not offer instalment or financing plans.

What is your return and refund policy?

Which WHOOP tracker should I buy in Egypt?

Are WHOOP MG bands compatible with WHOOP 5.0 devices?

Yes. MG bands have ECG indents that enable ECG on WHOOP MG, and they are also fully compatible with WHOOP One 5.0 and Peak 5.0 (without ECG on those devices). WHOOP 5.0 bands, which lack the indents, work on 5.0 devices only.

Do you offer pre-order for out-of-stock items?

Yes. Any pre-order item is clearly labelled before you order and we tell you the expected wait — typically 1–3 weeks. You can cancel a pre-order any time before dispatch for a full refund.
