Are your products 100% original?
Yes. Every product sold at ELVARA is 100% original, brand new and sealed in its original packaging. ELVARA is an independent specialist retailer — we are not an authorised dealer or distributor for any brand, and we never claim to be.

How long does delivery take?
Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days. Alexandria, the Canal cities and the Delta: 2–3 business days. Middle and Upper Egypt: 3–4 business days. Matrouh, the New Valley, Sinai and the Red Sea: up to 5 business days.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of 9,999 EGP and above, anywhere in Egypt. Below that it is 80–150 EGP depending on your governorate, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm. If a discount applies, the free-shipping threshold is measured on the total after the discount.

Can I return a product?
Yes — you have 14 days from delivery. If the item is still sealed and unopened and you simply changed your mind, we will refund it. If the device is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will repair or replace it at our cost within those 14 days, and refund you if we cannot. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Do the devices you sell have a screen?
Most of them do not. WHOOP, the Amazfit Helio Strap and the Google Fitbit Air are screenless — they have no display, and everything is read in the phone app. We say this on every product page on purpose, so nobody is surprised at the door. The Garmin CIRQA is the exception.

Do you ship outside Egypt?
Currently we deliver within Egypt only.
