Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:

Once an order has been processed or shipped it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy, which gives you 14 days from delivery to return a sealed item or to have a faulty item repaired or replaced.

ELVARA reserves the right to decline a cancellation request if the order is already in processing or has been fulfilled.
